Nail Appt Booking & Cancellation

• There is no deposit for nails; however when booking you must add your card to secure your appointment. No charges will be made unless you are a no show or refuse to pay the 48 hour cancellation fee.
• There will be no charge if you cancel 48 hours from the date and time of your appointment. If you cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment, you will be charged the total cost of your appointment in order to be able to book with me again in the future.
• You must come with bare nails unless you have booked a removal add-on or consulted with me.
• Masks must remain on during the entire service or I will politely ask you to leave.
• Please no additional guests.

Gel Manicure & Airbrush Touch-up Policy

• Gel Manicures: If you book regular gel manicures and apres extensions with regular polish no airbrush, you have a five day policy to redo 1 to 3 nails for free. Any redo’s after that period I will charge $1 per minute. Usually touch up services take about 20 mins.
• Airbrush looks: There is a 3 day policy to have 1 to 3 nails redone for free. Any redo’s after that will be charged about $3 per minute based on the art and color combination.
• Disclaimer: I cannot guarantee that the look will be exactly the same based on specific color combinations from airbrushing.

COVID Policy

• If you have been in contact or exposed to COVID please cancel your appointment as soon as possible.
• A 50% service fee will be charged if you don’t let me know at least 24 hours before your appointment (nail appointments only). Anything before that time does not require a cancellation fee.

Late Policy

• You have 15 minutes from the starting time of your appointment to show up. If you have not arrived within 15 minutes after the start of your appointment, you must pay 100% of your appointment’s cost in order to reschedule or you are no longer allowed to book with me.

Payment

• No deposits will be made with your card on my booking website, unless you are a no show or unless you refuse to pay the cancellation fee.
• I take all major credit and debit cards as well as PayPal, Venmo and Cash App.
