NAIL APPOINTMENT BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY
- There is a no deposit for nails however, when booking you must add your card to secure your appointment. No additional charges will be made unless you are a no show or refuse to pay the 48 hour cancellation fee. Otherwise you will be required to pay 100% cost of service in order to book with me in the future.
- There will be no charge if you cancel 48 hours from the date and time of your appointment. Anything after that I require the remaining 50% cost of service be paid be Venmo, CashApp or Zelle the in order to book with me again in the future.
- If you no call/ no show it will result in a charge of 100% of the service fee.
- You must come with bare nails unless you have booked a removal add on or consulted with me.
- Masks must remain on during the entire service or I will ask you to politely leave.
- Please no additional guests.
GEL MANICURE & AIRBRUSH TOUCH-UP POLICY
- Gel Manicures: regular gel manicures and apres extensions with regular polish no airbrush you have a five day policy to redo 1 to 3 nails for free. Any redo’s after that period I will charge $1 per minute. Usually touch up services take about 20 mins.
- Airbrush looks: three day policy to have 1 to 3 nails redone for free. Any redo’s after that will be charged $3 perminute and based on the art and color combination.
- I can not guarantee that the look with be exactly the same based on specific color combinations from airbrushing.
COVID CANCELLATION POLICY
- If you have been in contact or exposed to covid please cancel your appointment as soon as possible.
- The remaining 50% fee of service will be changed if you don’t let me know 24 hours before your appointment. Anything before that time does not require a cancellation fee.
